This fine-dining concept is hiring experienced Part- time Event Bartenders with strong knowledge of mixology and in depth product knowledge in spirits, beers and cocktails. The ideal candidates are tasked with serving guests in a helpful and professional manner while upholding the highest levels of service, following standardized recipes, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Monthly liquor inventory
- Inventory variance analysis
- Order all liquor product
- Order bar sundries – ice, garnishes, bar mixers
- Inventory efficiency – ensure all product has application and purpose
- Invoice processing
- Receive and stock liquor product
- Liquor room - cleanliness and organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- The position requires at least 3 years of experience in the desired job
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently
