Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily operations, including food production, cash handling, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the catering department to fulfill orders and meet customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Experience:
- Previous experience in team management within the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Experience in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Hospitality management experience is desirable
