Located in Brooklyn, NY is looking for an Ethics Investigation Analyst for a long term contract assignment. APCIP or CFE required. This is a hybrid position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for investigating allegations of misconduct, including participating in triage, appropriately scoping investigation, reviewing relevant information, conducting interviews, and creating investigation closure reports with findings. Work closely with case managers to provide regular updates on status and findings.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the Ethics team to conduct intake and triage for contacts, enquiries and allegations from internal and external sources and record in the case management system (GRC);
- Execute Ethics Investigations in line with good practice and our internal standards, prepare high quality investigation reports with supporting evidence and recommendations;
- Where appropriate, coordinate with SMEs to conduct investigations e.g. Labor Relations, Security or other SMEs in managing Ethics cases including, but not limited to, obtaining case updates, reviewing reports, supporting documentation, and ensuring sufficient case records are held in the case management system; and
- Recommend enhancements to the Ethics Investigations process where appropriate and adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Ethics Investigations or adjacent field;
- Bachelors or Masters Degree; and
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice (APCIP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)).
