Estimating Drafter

Our client, Electro Space Fabricators, is a strong family-owned manufacturing operation with over 60 years of tradition in the Topton, PA area is searching for a dynamic Estimator Drafter to play a key part in leading the company into the future. Responsibilities

• Work directly with our customers to ensure accuracy and promptness in taking orders and handling their issues
• Collaborate with the Sales team as a whole to maintain high levels of service to our customers
• Build lasting relationships with customers to up sale products
• Potential to be the front line Estimator on projects
• Learn Product Lines and Technical aspects of the manufacturing process
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining an engaging and welcoming interaction with the customers and the sales team

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in an Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Manufacturers Rep or Sales Estimating role
• Must have 4+ years of Manufacturing background
• Proven customer management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Technical competence: Requires an understanding of Manufacturing processes and the ability to learn the details and Specifications of all Product lines
• Motivated, dedicated, and persevering
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Capable of handling stressful situations and deadline pressures
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
