Estimating and Inside Sales Manager

Triple J Plumbing in New Castle, IN is looking to hire a full-time Estimating and Inside Sales Manager to help drive our business's growth.

ABOUT THIS JOB

This position typically works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

This position earns a competitive salary of $75,000 + /year. WHAT DO YOU AS AN ESTIMATING AND INSIDE SALES MANAGER

As our Estimating and Inside Sales Manager, you're amazing at managing our team, always coming up with ways to boost our company's sales numbers. You set goals for your team and guide them toward success. You're also great at finding opportunities with new and existing clients to help us grow.

As a long-term thinker, you're also a pro at managing our day-to-day sales processes. You accurately prepare material takeoffs and estimates for each job. You keep a close eye on sales numbers, reporting them to the owner and coming up with ideas to increase profits. Overcoming challenges and taking pride in leading our sales, gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN ESTIMATING AND INSIDE SALES MANAGER

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the plumbing and piping industry
• Proficiency with numbers and math
