Esthetician | Part-Time Contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent Guest service
• Consistently implement rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with Guests
• Suggest treatment based on observations:
• Confidently, and knowledgeably educate Guests about services, products and programs
• Recommend and perform protocols with consistency and compliance with brand standards:
• Aromatherapy
• Reviving Foot Scrub
• Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home
• Participate in Off-Site Events
• Stay updated on retail products and promotions available
• Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members
• Recognize and support Team goals
• Attain these goals:
• Be prompt and prepared to work (lead by example)
• Create a Team environment
• Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours
• Required to work:
• Either Saturday or Sunday of every week

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Carry personal liability insurance
• Hold current state license to practice Esthetician work
• Be Guest Service-oriented and communicate effectively with Guests
• Capable of performing/learning the Elevations:
• Be a team player
• Have 1 year of experience with references

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Required)

• Houston, TX 77054 (Required)
