Status: Part-time
Hiring part- time Estheticians for our West Village Location! Must be available at least 2 days out of the week.

About Wink Brow Bar:
Wink Brow Bar is the go place for brow and Eye Zone treatments. All clients coming to Wink, feel empowered walking out of the door with the best brows and lashes for them. Treatments are powered by expertly trained estheticians with an advanced booking system and our staff and our customers at the center of everything we do.
The founding team of Wink Brow Bar will be integral in shaping a new experience in brow and lash treatments, and will be provided opportunities for growth within the company.

- Educate clients
Care for our team:
- Provide feedback to management on progress and challenges, paired with suggestions
- Assist Management in daily studio tasks and projects
- Enhance and uphold standards, policies & procedures through various means of communication
- Assist with social media on an as-needed basis
- Participate in events onsite/offsite
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid New York State Esthetics License (600+ hours of training)
- 1+ years experience as a licensed esthetician at a busy spa/salon with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics
- Strong understanding of salon standards, policies and procedures
- Experience in Brow Shaping and Lash services a huge plus
- Facial treatment experience a huge plus
- Flexibility to work as back up
- Must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Wants to be a role model for others
- Ability to work in a small studio environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for shifts
- Participate in events onsite/offsite
- High focus on sanitation and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
