Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Esthetician with a strong background in sales and esthetics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both body contouring and facial treatments, as well as driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and contribute to their overall wellness and confidence. You will be FULLY trained to transition to Medical Esthetician, if no medical aesthetics experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced medical grade facials (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro needling with RF, laser genesis, IPL laser)
• Perform a variety of body contouring treatments (detox lymphatic drainage, radio frequency skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and non-invasive fat reduction techniques)
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin care needs and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our services and products and promote sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics and skincare, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa/clinic.

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician license in New York State.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, with a focus on both body contouring and facial treatments.
• Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets.
• Problem solver and solution oriented.
• Must be available to work full shift on Saturdays.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatments, and the ability to effectively recommend and upsell products to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a positive experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Preferred some experience working with medical esthetics treatments and familiarity with medical-grade skincare products, but not required.

Job Type: Part time, hours are flexible. Saturdays required.

Salary includes: starting base/and or Commission, plus Tips.
