Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Esthetician to join our team. In this role you will perform Cryo Skin facials, Cryo Slimming and targeted weigh loss procedures with a Neveskin Device. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to sell potential clients on the benefits of the device and procedures in a consultative way. This is NOT high pressure sales. We want to connect with the client and find how we can help.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that caters to clients preferences (temp, music, conversation, etc.)

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

Qualifications:

- Passions for health and fitness

- Esthetician's license is a big plus, but not required.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus

- Proficient in using POS systems a plus

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
