Business Attorney Qualifications:
- At least 4 handling general Estate Planning Matters
- Contested Guardianship experience is a PLUS
- Active Member of a state bar of TN
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills, with the ability to set priorities and work on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and self-manage projects: strong project and people management skills
- Small BOB preferred
