Coosa Valley Credit Union is excited to announce an opening for an eServices Specialist (I, II, III) within our Operations Department! Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

40% - Administers remote services and processing for online banking, e-bill pay, mobile banking, mobile deposit, Zelle, ATM deposit review, Self Service Kiosks deposit review, telephone banking, incoming/outgoing mail and other related activities under guidance. Responsible for communication with vendors for service requests, testing, support for frontline, under guidance will be responsible for correcting errors as discovered, working with Accounting to clear rejected items, and working related reports. Responsible for reporting all suspected fraudulent items or activity to supervisor for immediate review.

30% Responsible for incoming and outgoing wires. Verifies outgoing wires to ensure accuracy of wire documents, posting to credit union accounts and OFAC compliance for all incoming/outgoing wires. Verifies incoming wire transfers for accuracy and posts to members accounts and general ledgers in both FedLine and TranZact. Maintains and tracks wire transfer files. Responsible for reporting all suspicious activity to supervisor or BSA for immediate review.

15% Administers the back office responsibilities for ATMs. Communicating with frontline with reported ATM issues, opening service tickets, working system reports, ensuring availability and levels of cash, and coordinating with vendors for inventory and maintenance. Ensures ATMs are inspected for safety, cleanliness and compliance. Works all related disputes.

10% Administers back office scanning and record retention (paper & electronic) program, implements records retention process for optical system. Administers the document destruction processing for all areas of the credit union. Adheres to state and federal records retention regulations.

5% Backs up other Operations staff as needed. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related experience working within Operations and/or Remote Services
