We are currently recruiting for an experienced Escrow Officer /Marketing Representative for a growing Las Vegas escrow company. A book of business or verifiable client contacts is required. With all the changes in the Title/Mortgage industry, you should be aligning yourself with a reputable company that will be financially secure during this time. Marketing for our client is very easy and you can feel confident your clients will be given the white glove treatment.
The salary range is $90,000-$110,000 plus bonuses and a signing bonus of up to $20K depending on verified business.
Escrow Officer-Title Insurance Marketing Representative Job Description:
• Escrow Officer will be responsible for new sales/business development and also keep current clients happy and satisfied with company service.
• Market Title/Settlement Services to realtors, mortgage brokers, banks, etc., and coordinate sales and marketing efforts with Area/Regional Management Team
• Candidates must have sales experience working for a title/escrow company as an Escrow Officer and be able to prepare all closing documents and close loans.
• Candidate will maintain and update customer contact database with sales results
• Attend relevant industry trade shows as a representative of our client
• Ability to work with other company Marketing Representatives in region/area and share ideas and progress of sales efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Additional Position Information:
• Extensive Sales and Marketing Experience in the real estate industry
• 2-4 years experience as an Escrow Officer
• Professional appearance and positive outgoing attitude
• Capable of working well under pressure

• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Established "book of business" or client contacts is required.
