Job Duties
As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing the completion of all escrow documents
- Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth closing process
- Reviewing loan documents and ensuring all conditions are met
- Calculating closing costs and preparing settlement statements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Handling funds in escrow and disbursing them appropriately
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the escrow process
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in loan origination, credit analysis, and loan processing
- Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge of basic math and financial calculations
- Familiarity with escrow procedures, contracts, and Fair Housing regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Salary range up to $70,000
