Escrow Officer/Processor Job Functions

OBJECTIVES: To take real estate transactions from the initial order through the closing and beyond with excellent customer service, attention to detail, organization and professionalism. Treat each transaction and client/customer as if you were involved.

Responsibilities/Functions:

• Review and understand purchase contracts

• Review and understand title search notes and title commitments

• General knowledge of title issues and resolution of those issues

• Communication with all parties of the transactions (realtors, buyers/borrowers, sellers, lenders etc.)

• Effectively use all software programs related to each transaction

• Review lenders closing instructions and lender documents for accuracy

• Post-closing and funding processes

• Answer phones

Experience preferred but not required

Compensation will be based upon experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
