Koniag Technology Solutions is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to perform the duties of an Escort Coordinator with strong knowledge of visitor procedures. The Specialist will support KTS and our government customer at the FBI Quantico Complex in Quantico, VA.

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and Construction Manager, the Escort Coordinator works directly with the Contractor to establish escort requirements. The Escort Coordinator’s responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to:

- Meet with the Contractor on a regular basis to review escort requirements.
- Develop a weekly schedule documenting the number of escorts to be provided and the locations where escorts are needed. Distribute the schedule to the Project Team, Contractor and Escort Contractor.
- Work with the Escort Contractor to ensure personnel are available to meet the needs of the Contractor.
- Monitor daily activity of all escorts.
- Keep daily record of the numbers of escorts provided and hours worked. Review Escort Contractor’s pay applications.
- Attend regularly schedule project meetings to provide escort updates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in security or access control
- 1-2 years in management or schedule coordinating
Working Environment & Conditions
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to stand for extended periods of time. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Includes travel to local, remote and out of state locations.
