Escape Quest is looking for a Manager to join our Alexandria location.
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Escape Room Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of employees, administration and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Supervision of all Escape Room operations on a daily basis
- Interviewing and training new employees
- Scheduling staff for shifts
- Managing all marketing efforts and social media campaigns
- Interfacing with corporate clients
- Booking and managing private events
- Answer phones and dealing with customer issues
- Preparing weekly status reports
- Opening and/or closing duties
- Prop repairs

HOURS AND FLEXIBILITY
Managers must be flexible with the ability to primarily work evenings and weekends.

Position requires sitting, lifting, bending, reaching without any difficulty.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in customer service
- 2+ years management experience
- Basic computer skills
- Social media
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
