Position Overview
Responsible for supporting the deployment of key Envoy functional IT ERP processes across existing legacy companies and future acquisitions. Will be engaged in conversions of legacy ERP systems to new common Envoy platform. Reports directly to Director, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities Include:
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of Envoy ERP processes and business practices through active participation in the configuration process, including process definition and design, workflow, and report/ dashboard design.
- Work with various internal business stakeholders and external third-party companies to analyze, draft, validate and finalize business and technical requirements.
- Manage the project estimation, scoping process, and monitor project performance for your functional area(s).
- Understand and validate source to target mapping for data migration efforts as needed.
- Proactively examine the change impact of process adjustments on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations to determine priority of needs.
- Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases and facilitate UAT sessions once deployment starts. Conduct UAT during testing phase of projects.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes post-implementation to ensure they continue to provide a positive impact on the team and are appropriate for the business.
- Lead train the trainer sessions. Train and coach staff members on how to effectively use system capabilities.
- Establish and communicate best practices during the deployment process.
- Assist with support of system changes/ implementation on an as-needed basis.
- Leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years' experience in supporting corporate ERP systems and related interfaces.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning, who can adapt quickly, communicate well, and enjoys working with diverse teams across the organization.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
- Strong in analytical skills; superior business judgment and decision-making competencies.
- Ability to understand and communicate functional and business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open-minded and able to change with agility.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
