Erp Coordinator

We are currently looking for an ERP Coordinator to join our diverse Operations team! As an ERP Coordinator, you will help facilitate the administrative duties of the ERP team within the Trim space. Some of the duties include administrative and organizational tasks such as generating labels, data collection, inventory control, and generating documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create Potency labels using information in the CoA and full reports.
• Updating packaging supplies within ERP on a bi-weekly basis.
• Compiling supply orders as needed.
• Keeping track of items to ensure they arrive and are delivered to the correct department.
• Assist with inventory counts and data collection.
• Help manage the ERP dashboard.
• Assist in cleaning of production spaces.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Report on inconsistencies within our systems.
• Maintain cultivation logs.
• Prepare METRC tags for transplanting procedures as needed.
• Maintain and regulate waste logs and destruction of plants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must 21+ years of age, be able to qualify as a registered grower agent with the Commission and may not have any violent or drug related felony convictions.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be able to work onsite.
• Strong desire to work in Cultivation.
• Prior ERP or Inventory System experience a plus.

Possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
