Erp Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide operational support/maintenance for ERP/CRM and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot outages and root-cause analysis, across multiple platforms and coordinate activities across multiple teams to resolve outages.
• Provide technical knowledge for Enterprise-wide reporting needs.
• Support the ongoing installations, upgrades, maintenance, and support of the agency’s enterprise reporting platform solutions.
• Implement changes as necessary to align towards company and direction.
• Maintain ERP/CRM, identify bugs in code and providing temporary workarounds and permanent solutions. Work with vendors on support issues.
• Diagnose and resolve platform performance issues.
• Coordinate, plan and execute software upgrades.
• Design sound platform as work performed directly impacts the availability and correctness of the company's financial accounting, payroll, general ledger, and enterprise systems data.
• Provide technical consulting to other teams, divisions, or projects on an ad-hoc basis, using technical knowledge of how the company systems interact, and knowledge of the technical frameworks underpinning them, this role consults to other teams on operational issues regarding business logic.

Requirements:

• Three years of experience providing systems administration support of an enterprise platform.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area such as mathematics, engineering, data and business intelligence design (Additional related professional experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis).

Pay: $71,583.00 - $76,479.00 per year
