Summary:
Administer and help implement, maintain, and develop the Mission ERP and Workforce Go! (HRIS) applications. In coordination with the AVP of Finance, act as liaison between key users of ERP system, IT administrators, and ERP system developers. Collaborate across departments to devise solutions to core business processing challenges and attend process planning meetings as needed. Assess and test the ERP to ensure the system is meeting business needs. Customize and configure workflows and support ERP integration with other applications. Support team members and resolve concerns using help desk ticketing, remote control software, telephone, and email. Assist team members to create reports and visualize business data with Power BI. Facilitate team member access to mobile and kiosk for clock-in, payroll data, and work schedules. Must successfully pass background and driver record check.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills relating to administration of ERP and supporting the end user.
Computer Skills:
  • Create and manage process automation
  • Import and visualize data by using dataflows and Power BI
  • Design and create forms and workflows
  • Show fluency in SaaS solutions; particularly Microsoft 365 and Dynamics offerings
  • Familiar with standard business finance and project accounting applications
  • Familiar with HR workflows and time and attendance systems
  • Proficient with Office 365 applications and SharePoint
  • Proficient with access controls for file systems, databases, cloud apps

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Driving required using company and/or personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
Microsoft 365 Certifications preferred
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Monitor and support the dataflow and integration between ERP and other applications.
  • Use the support channels for Mission ERP and Workforce Go! for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Help design and create reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Facilitate backup of Workforce Go! data to internal storage archives.
  • Deploy and administer Power BI desktop software.
  • Monitor and support the team member mobile app and kiosk experience. Transfer knowledge about clock-in, scheduling, and accessing benefits information.
  • Manage team member accounts and access controls across Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, Workforce Go!, and Mission ERP.
  • Work collaboratively with staff from all departments to provide ERP support and knowledge transfer about the ERP, its various modules, and Power BI.
  • Consult with Learning & Development to create any training related to the Goodwill ERP.
  • Provide required written documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain team member confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential as needed.
  • Attend department, organization, and other meetings/training as needed/directed.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest assuring safety of personnel or property.
  • Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain agency confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and fire standards and all local, state, and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA).
  • Other duties as assigned.
