- First Level a candidate needs to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Perform work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under direct supervision.
- Mid-Level a candidate needs to possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Work is performed under general supervision.
- Senior level a candidate needs to possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plan and lead major technology assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
- Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain NACLC
- Must be a United States Citizen and cannot have dual citizenship.
- Must have a sound technical knowledge base of discipline’s standard concepts, principles and techniques.
- Must be able to work independently, in a team environment and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines.
- SAP, ERP or other COTS equivalent experience.
- Federal, DLA, DOD OR Navy experience
