Responsibilities:
- Provide first level user support for any user change request or problem resolution. Acts as product expert and liaison between end users and 3rd party support, when necessary.
- Create, develop, modify, and maintain business analytic reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful, actionable data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather business requirements and translate those needs into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the ERP Application and recommendations for system enhancements, optimizations, or configuration changes.
- Participates in and leads projects to implement, test and design changes to ERP Application.
- Organizational skills including the ability to self-manage day-to-day support, assignments, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Performs other information technology and business analysis duties as required to support assigned enterprise systems.
Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience with database administration highly preferred, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. Open to equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with SQL and/or PLSQL.
- Experience with data conversions, reporting, and customizations.
- Experience with IFS ERP highly preferred.
- At least two years of experience with business operations or systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral and electronic).
- Analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
