Equipment Operator/Laborer

Overview:
Both positions will be on our footer crew. We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator, Labor to join our team. Specialize in land development, footings, septic's, electric, plumbing, and much more. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment such as dump trucks, and other machinery. Building pads, hauling dirt/rock, floating concrete. Your expertise in learning fast, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring efficient and safe operations. Class A CDL is a great plus.

Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment including mini excavators, track loaders, dump trucks, and other machinery
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

Experience:
- Proven experience with concrete and operating heavy equipment such as mini excavators, track loaders, dump trucks, etc.
- Familiarity with machinery, and concrete is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
