Asphalt Operator/Water Truck Operator
220 Industrial Blvd. Moore, OK 73160 - *Full-Time
Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company - is seeking an Asphalt Equipment operator with Class A or B license with Tankers to perform a wide range of duties depending that may change depending on the type of project they are working on and the team members they are working with.
Responsibilities:

· Operate Skid Steer
· Operate Water Truck (must have CDL A or B w/ Tankers)
· Assist in patching asphalt with hot/cold mix
· Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools and equipment and secure jobs site each day
· Material Handling and storage
· May operate a variety of hand and power tools
· May assist with craft workers
Asphalt Laborer/Operator Skills:
Some skills necessary to perform all the different tasks associated with this job:
· Equipment such as - bobcat, front end loader, paver, tractor and screed
· Water Truck (must have CDL A or B with Tankers)
· Detailed oriented and team spirit
· Measure work area accurately
Qualifications:
· Physical ability to stand long periods of time
· Physical ability to bend and crouch
· Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold
· Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas
· Must be adaptable to changes in work environment; frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
· Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time: Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
· Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary
· Must be able to work overtime when required
