The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is a premier sports organization in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Our mission is to create great experiences and holistic development through sports. PPA offers athletic programs for players aged 2 - 18 with a focus on helping each player achieve athletic excellence, build a dynamic social network, and learn to apply the principles of sport into healthy lifestyle habits that can be carried through life. We are respected for having a highly decorated staff of coaches and professionals who apply passion, creativity, and excitement to our programs.

What will you do?

What will you do?
- Assist with equipment pick up, drop off, and set up each weekend at PPA Game Days
- Work alongside the Equipment Manager to help maintain the storage unit where PPA houses all of their gear
- Option to also be involved as a coach within PPA's Development Soccer program
- Equipment Coordinator Time commitment:
- 5-10 hours per weekend
- Coaching time commitment (if interested)
- 1hr practice & 1hr game each week (2hr total per week)
- Applicants must have access to a vehicle large enough to transport equipment each weekend
- Vehicle must be a pickup truck or something equivalent in size
- Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA Staff
- Someone who is reliable and punctual
- Someone who will be a team player and not hesitate to help out where needed throughout the season.
