Equestrian Trainer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to individuals in various areas, including childcare, sports coaching, and behavior management. Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs for individuals in areas such as basketball, martial arts, cheerleading, and lifeguarding
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to participants
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Teach proper techniques and skills related to the specific area of training
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to participants
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
- Assist with behavior management and discipline when necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students or individuals in a training capacity
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: basketball, sports coaching, martial arts, cheerleading, or lifeguarding
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders if necessary during training sessions

Pay: $19.43 - $23.40 per hour
