You will serve as Director Equal Employment Opportunity (DEEO) and as the principal advisor to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (OASN (Manpower & Reserve Affairs)(M&RA)). You will support the Secretariat Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office, staff offices, field activities and supported organizations regarding all matters pertaining to the EEO program.
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing and evaluating a civilian federal EQUAL EMPLOYMENT opportunity (EEO) program to include advising on the application of EQUAL EMPLOYMENT opportunity (EEO) program requirements and developing policy, strategic initiatives, and recommendations for senior leaders.
