The Super User Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in our Epic Go-Live Implementation project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system within healthcare operations. You will be a key liaison between end-users and the implementation team, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
Based in Burlington, MA, this has a remote work arrangement available.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., EpicCare Inpatient, Ambulatory, ASAP, etc.).

3. Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Epic EHR system.

4. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

7. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

8. Strong organizational and project management skills. Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
