Epic Application Analyst (Ambulatory Questionnaires, Mychart, Welcome)

Form collection and design, analyst type build and at the elbow support for Patient-Entered Questionnaires. This project focuses on the life cycle of patient-entered questionnaires from MyChart to Welcome to Hyperspace. These analysts will serve as primary liaison for our project, assisting with forms discovery, design, and build. They will also serve as our on-site front-line support during go live so they can help staff and be able to make necessary adjustments to build in Epic. This role requires a vehicle to go between clinics.

Skill Sets Required:

Certified EpicCare Ambulatory with some questionnaires experience

Working knowledge of MyChart

Working knowledge of Welcome

Skill Sets Preferred:

Certified in Welcome

Certified in MyChart

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $95.00 per hour
