Description:
Individual would be responsible for reviewing patient accounts for the required documentation to complete patient chart
Phone calls to provider offices may be required to alert providers of missing documentation
Review of work queues researching patient accounts for missing documentation
Contacting other departments and provider offices as it pertains to chart completion
Other miscellaneous tasks as it related to the above
