Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for building and testing clinical information system processes. Interacts professionally with leadership, faculty and staff.

- Documentation: Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.

- Customer Service: A solid customer service acumen and interpersonal skills to effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Programming/Systems: Knowledge of clinical system software, Information System software and/or Electronic Health Records.
Job Duties:
- Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions.
- Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates the system's installation with operations.
- Develops, documents, and adheres to the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with related applications and systems.
- Utilizes and understands the application to support operations, while providing basic support, troubleshooting and project management support.
- Utilizes and understands the application to support users and operations.
- Supports and assists users in identifying and resolving issues.
- Performs ongoing system build and maintenance.
- Tests application components according to a test plan and instructions.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required; however, equivalent years of experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience:
Up to one (1) year related experience is required.
