SalaryCSR Engineering is looking for a part-time Environmental Professional to join our team. This individual would coordinate and conduct environmental studies and projects, including monitoring work quality, budget, schedule, and compliance with environmental specifications, rules, regulations, and laws.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental
Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with expertise in Phase I ESAs
- Preferred experience in soil-gas sampling/testing, professional licensure, and oversight of others' work
- Minimum 5 years' experience in environmental consulting and due diligence
- Professional Geologist license in TN and an Environmental Professional (EP) qualification per 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b)
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification (a plus)
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Remote or Pleasant View office
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence projects (TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, RSRA) in accordance with ASTM International
standards
- Perform field activities and regulatory case reporting
- Soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air sampling
- Knowledge of regulatory programs in the service region
- Reporting in accordance with state regulatory requirements
