Job Description
Summary: Seeking an Environmental Monitoring Technician to ensure the safety and quality of pharmaceutical manufacturing environments through monitoring and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or completion of college-level life science courses, or work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with Environmental Monitoring in aseptic processing and cleanroom environments.
Proficiency with lab equipment such as SAS, SMA, Met One particle counter, and membrane filtration of water samples.
Knowledge of regulatory agencies and guidelines including FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP.
Preferred Skills:
Adept at using proper aseptic technique during testing.
Ability to perform viable airborne monitoring (active and passive), total airborne particulate sampling, viable surface monitoring, personnel monitoring.
Job Responsibilities:
Train and ensure compliance with Safety/Quality guidelines and SOPs to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor controlled environments and utility systems for compliance with international regulatory standards.
Schedule adherence is required; initial 3-4 months rotating shifts followed by a set weekly rotation schedule.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
