As a member of the EHS team and team captain of our cross-functional safety committee, you’ll amplify the importance of maintaining the highest standards in occupational Health and Safety. Our team is dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual can thrive, and we are looking for a dynamic Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join us on this mission.
Key Responsibilities: As our Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our safety programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
- Developing and implementing safety guidelines and procedures, in partnership with our EHS Manager
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading training sessions to promote a safety-conscious culture
- Conducting incident investigations and developing preventive measures
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to Health and Safety

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field to the occupational Health and Safety world
- 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety, applying your learnings on-the-job
- Knowledge of occupational health, industrial hygiene, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive positive change

- The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $66,000 - $81,000 per year
- Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
