Summary

This position sits within the Corporate Environmental and Regulatory Affairs group in the Boise, Idaho office and will become an expert in the use of the environmental management software Enablon, prepare and give training on different aspects of environmental requirements and best practices, assist with preparation and distribution of regulatory guidance documents and policies, prepare reports on compliance and environmental performance, and work with other corporate and facility staff to address technical and compliance issues across the company.  The position will require travel to the facilities (at least 30%).   

Key Responsibilities

• Expected to have or develop an in-depth knowledge of the environmental management software Enablon.
• Responsible for preparing and/or updating guidance documents for the program, providing training to facility and corporate staff, and assisting facility and corporate staff with entering data into Enablon. 
• Serve as the product owner on the program and will collaborate with the IT departments to implement system enhancements, integrations with PowerBI on the Environmental Dashboard, resolve service tickets, and complete software upgrades.
• Preparing reports on compliance and environmental performance utilizing data from Enablon, the PowerBI Environmental Dashboard, and/or other databases. 
• Collaborating with other Environmental and Regulatory Affairs staff to develop environmental guidance documents and policies and provide training on various environmental programs and best practices. 
• Participated in the environmental assessment program as requested and provide technical assistance to facilities on environmental matters as directed. 

Typical Education

B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering,  Chemistry or Environmental Science

Relevant Experience

2-4 years of industry experience is required.
