Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for an Environmental Engineer I in our Water/Wastewater department. We are seeking qualified applicants for an entry-level position in our upcoming office in Cedar Park, TX!
Position Duties:
- Detailed design of water and wastewater treatment plants, potable water and wastewater pipelines and pumping stations.
- Complete conceptual and preliminary designs using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Studies and design of wastewater system rehabilitation.
- Evaluation and study of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Preparing potable water and wastewater master planning reports.
- Review and planning of water and wastewater infrastructure improvements and understanding of sustainable design elements as they relate to water and energy conservation and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- 4-year B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with emphasis in Environmental Engineering preferred.
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.0.
- Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman service area (own transportation).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong written, verbal, computer and organizational skills.
- E.I.T (Engineer in Training) License preferred.
