management agencies within the Gulf Of Mexico region. The successful applicant will work with a project team and the Gulf of Monitoring Network Forum to review Environmental Chemistry data and RESTORE Council's Comprehensive Monitoring and Assessment Program (CMAP)' metadata
inventory on monitoring programs in the Gulf Of Mexico. The goal is to identify monitoring needs and goals and potential collaborative opportunities, and develop ideas for how water quality data can be accessed through the Gulf of Mexico Open Data (GOMOD) platform.

of Mexico. The summary will identify parameters/methods where comparability/compatibility
are promising as well as challenges.
- Assist with Data Preparation and Analysis:
- Review analytical methods collected during CMAP phase 1
- Determine which programs and parameters have methods available and accessible
- Catalog the methods used to measure each parameter by each program
- Assist with developing a data dictionary based on the CMAP inventory that identifies and
nutrient parameter.
- Validate established products with state monitoring programs, identify potential knowledge
