Envelope Press Operator

LOCATION: Orangeburg, South Carolina

JOB TYPE: Full time

POSITION SUMMARY: Sun Solutions is seeking an experienced Halm Jet envelope printing PRESS OPERATORs to join a growing company! Put your skills to work in our state of the art printing facility where we print high-quality, products that make our customers’ experience a valuable solution.
Press operators work 8-10 hour shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be able to read and understand a job ticket, layout sheet, artwork and other specifications.
• Previous printing/press experience on one or more of the following is REQUIRED: sheet-fed / ENVELOPE PRESS experience in a fast set up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Read and follow job orders
• Setup jobs and operate printing press
• Monitor output to assure quality throughout each run
• Monitor equipment and perform routine/preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
