Title: Entry Level Tracing Data Specialist
Reports To: Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager

Starting at $19.00 per hour and up, depending on expertise.
Summary of Position
HR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Tracing Data Specialist to work at its corporate office in York, PA. The Tracing Data Specialist will be responsible for processing Tracing Data provided from distributors. This individual will upload Tracing Data into the company’s internal website to track customer information and utilize Power BI to validate processed data and identify discrepancies. This position will also be responsible for submitting GPO admin fees on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately map Tracing Data from distribution to DHC customers in company’s sales reporting tool (SASY)
Responsible for reviewing mappings to ensure data integrity.
Periodically use Google Maps to investigate incomplete sales entries.
Use internal reporting tools (Power BI) to verify data accuracy.
Update GPO rosters on a monthly basis.
Performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Intermediate computer skills (specifically MS Excel)
Great attention to detail
Strong typing skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
