Duties:
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead-generation techniques
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales is a plus
- Some knowledge of market trends and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Familiarity with technical sales or software sales is a plus
- Comfortable making warm calls to potential customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and track progress
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
