Job Description:

As an entry-level Telemarketer at Nations Mortgage, you'll be an important part of helping our business succeed. You will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients and promoting our mortgage products and services over the phone. This is a starting position, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn, develop, and be a valuable part of our team. Responsibilities:

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies regarding telemarketing practices.
• Explain mortgage products and services offered by the company to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or databases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead qualifications in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Qualify leads by gathering information about their homeownership goals and financial situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to work with others in a team-oriented setting.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn about the mortgage industry and stay updated on industry regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
