We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies and will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Assist product manager to deal with daily product development, delivery, and client communication duties
- Conduct research on different business issues in a group based on data in Google Analytics
- Manage the planning, development and execution of content programing for our social channels including XiaoHongShu, Wechat etc.
- Plan and assist in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaigns
- Design social media presence, oversee the build-out and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing campaigns and optimize user experience
- Report metrics and provide analyses of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques; knowledge of marketing campaigns, specifically targeted at XiaoHongShu, Wechat etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experiences with Social Media Marketing in Education industry
- Able to speak mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
