**Neonatology Opening - San Jose, CA** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Level III NICU as well as the level II NICU - The Level III NICU has an average daily census of 15 and has 40 50 VLBW admits per year. - In addition to an affiliated group of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists, there is good pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery. - Services provided include high frequency ventilation, body cooling, and iNO is available. - There is an active maternal and neonatal transport program. - Regional Perinatal Center, is certified by California Children's Services as a Level-III NICU and as a Neonatal Surgery Center. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Base compensation is $270,000 - $350,000 + additional bonus potential - Sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance - Health Insurance including prescription drugs - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Short- and Long-Term disability options - Employee stock purchase program 15% discount - 401k with company match - Long Term Care (LTC) - Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) - Pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - Aflac Hospital, Critical Illness and Accident plans - Identity Protection - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Part Time Regular employee classifications also receive this benefit - Available to part-time regular and part-time casual employees age 21 and over
