Entry Level Receiving Associate

Duties:

- Assist with shipping and receiving operations in a distribution center
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers
- Utilize AS400 system to track inventory and process orders
- Pick and pack items for shipment according to order specifications
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Use RF scanner to locate and retrieve products from designated locations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

- Lead and participate in Inventory Reconciliation Projects

- Help organize and maintain inventory of accessories and packaging used in product

- Assist production manager with general facilitation of production activities

Skills:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient workflow
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing
