We're now looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Photo & Videographer to join our team and help us tell the story of sustainable construction through engaging photos and videos.

What You'll Do:
As our Photo & Videographer, you'll play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our projects and team. Your work will span various types of content creation:

• Recruiting Videos: Showcase our team and culture to attract top talent.
• Customer Testimonials: Capture the positive impact of our work on our customers' lives.
• Educational Videos: Create how-to guides and educational content that highlights sustainable building practices.
• Project Photography: Document the progress and completion of our projects with stunning visuals.
• Team Photos: Take dynamic photos of our team in action, promoting a sense of unity and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute a content creation strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end process for photo and video projects, including planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Maintain and organize digital assets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for new content.
• Continuously learn and improve skills relevant to the latest trends in photography and videography.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a foundational understanding of photography and videography (education or coursework in a related field is a plus).
• We are willing to train the right individual. 
• Is eager to learn and grow in the field of photo and videography.
• Possesses basic knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Demonstrates a strong interest in sustainability and energy-efficient construction.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
