Our company is currently seeking a forward-thinking, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Manager Trainee. We are located in the heart of Connecticut, and we are a fast-growing marketing & business consulting organization working with some of the nation’s largest firms across the technology and communication sectors. Our job is to close the gap between our clients and their consumers by following up with generated qualified prospects to answer specific product and service questions, provide targeted customer support and increase the market share in any given territory. We have immense goals set for this year as we are looking to break into untapped markets, so we need a dynamic, future-focused Entry Level Manager Trainee able to take on a larger leadership role with our client and organization.
Entry Level Manager TraineeResponsibilities:
- Work directly with experienced Account Managers and Marketing Consultants to gain a comprehensive understanding of our marketing and sales tactics
- Attend daily meetings that comprise of product knowledge training, account status updates, and brainstorming sessions to utilize in daily interactions with consumers to improve conversion rates and reduce customer churn
- Communicate directly in person with select accounts and demonstrate the utmost professionalism while following both CDC and client compliance guidelines
- Use our current POS system to complete sales for consumers
- Ensure accounts are fully educated on all products and services offered and all questions or concerns have been satisfied
- Adhere to our company policies and demonstrate an understanding of our core leadership values
Entry Level Manager TraineeRequirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields of study
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service, sales, marketing, or other consumer-involved industries
- A desire for growth and advancement within an organization
- Must possess a student mentality, able to take constructive feedback, and implement quickly and effectively
- Must be proficient in communicating externally and internally
- Team-oriented, driven, and have a competitive spirit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,755.00 per year
