Entry Level Management Trainee

We are seeking a dynamic individual with leadership potential who is looking for a chance to grow within our company. The Entry Level Management Trainee position provides the opportunity for Entry Levels and those looking for a new path to get their foot in the door and jump-start their career.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Understanding and staying up to date with our current client promotions and brand
• Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness
• Assisting in new customer acquisitions on behalf of our clients
• Managing customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
• Shadowing senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge

Management Trainee Requirements:

• Clear, compassionate, professional, and informative communication style
• Natural leadership abilities and passion for helping others grow professionally
• Team player with a passion for making everyone feel heard and implementing new ideas
• Goal-oriented and ambitious attitude with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
• Background in leadership, management, sales, customer service, or team lead position

Pay: $600.00 - $1,400.00 per week
