Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Learn and oversee the day-to-day procedures and performance of the sales and customer service departments to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients
• Understand the overarching company mission, as well as communicate and model our core values of the organization, to create a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among employees
• Learn to manage customer concerns with ease and ensure an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
• Participate in office meetings expressing new and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service teams
• Contribute feedback to sales executives, including recommendations on new sales techniques and how we present products or sales promotions to new customers
• Shadow senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
