Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Communicating with Clients and acting professional at all times.
- Providing House Washing and Pressure Washing services safely and efficiently.
- We have two goals on every job. They are: Earn a 5 star review and earn a referral.
- Learn to operate and trouble-shoot equipment used for job fulfillment.
- Keeping work vehicles clean as if they were you're own and keeping track of maintenance.
- Participate in marketing efforts to help drive business for our company.
- Participate in weekly team meetings for Self Growth and Goal Setting and Review.
- Adopt the vision / core values of Salty Soft Wash so that we are always growing as a team.
Experience:
- We recruit team members based on core value fits, not experience. We can train you!
- Previous experience working outside is a plus.
- Previous experience working safely with ladders is a plus.
- Previous experience with customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be a leader is a plus.
