Entry Level Management

With over a century in the Birmingham area, we are opening an expansion office in the Tuscaloosa area to continue our success. We are looking for born leaders to add to our agency who have a passion and purpose for serving others. This position will consist of leading and guiding a group of 5-10 individuals on top of maintain an existing client base as well as bringing in new clients and accounts. Our goal is that you will become an expert in training and developing individuals so you can take yourself to the next level in your personal and professional career. We have systems and process in place that if followed will guarantee success in this role. Requirements for the Entry Level Management role:

• Maintain knowledge
• Create relationships with existing and future clients
• Ability to train and develop individuals on a team with existing systems and processes
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Self discipline and time management skills
• Desire to reach goals on a personal and professional level
• Ability to function in a high paced, ever changing environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid drivers license
• Must have a Windows operating laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
